Potato Soup

2 big baking potatoes
1 sweet potato
8 red potatoes
½ onion chopped
celery seed
salt
pepper
soul seasoning
parsley
Zdobo seasoning
fresh garlic
3 tablespoons of butter
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup flour
2 cups milk
2 hand fulls of shredded cheese
6 cups of water
  1. Boil cubed potatoes adding onion, all seasonings, butter and garlic.
  2. During this process start to mash the potatoes.
  3. Boil for about 35-45 minutes until the soup starts getting thick.
  4. Mix the sour cream and flour and add to potatoes.
  5. Add milk and cheese.
  6. Boil and stir frequently for about 5 or 10 more minutes. Ready to serve.
