3 cups Corn Chex cereal
2 cups Total Honey Clusters cereal
2 cups Honey Nut Cheerios cereal (I used store brand of the cereals & it worked out just fine!)
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
20 large marshmallows
  1. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix cereals; set aside.
  2. In 2-quart saucepan, cook remaining ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted. Pour over cereal mixture; mix well.
  3. Using sprayed rubber scraper, press mixture into pan. Cool slightly. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.

Per bar: calories 150; total fat 5g; sodium 140mg; dietary fiber 1g. Exchanges: 1/2 starch, 1 other carbohydrate, 1 fat

  • If regular Total cereal is used instead of honey clusters the bars will not stick together as tightly.
