Lamb Kabobs

1½ Lbs Fresh Lamb Shoulder cut into 2 inch cubes
½ cup wine vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp oil (your choice)
2tsp dried minced onion
1 (+) clove garlic crushed
¼ tsp black pepper
  1. Put it all in a ziploc bag and marinate overnight
  2. Put meat on skewers and grill until desired doneness
  3. Brush with marinade while grilling
  4. You can also skewer and grill vegetables of choice (green peppers, onion, tomatoes, etc)
  5. Serve with Brown Rice
