Lamb Kabobs

1½ Lbs Fresh Lamb Shoulder cut into 2 inch cubes ½ cup wine vinegar ¼ cup soy sauce 2 Tbsp oil (your choice) 2tsp dried minced onion 1 (+) clove garlic crushed ¼ tsp black pepper
- Put it all in a ziploc bag and marinate overnight
- Put meat on skewers and grill until desired doneness
- Brush with marinade while grilling
- You can also skewer and grill vegetables of choice (green peppers, onion, tomatoes, etc)
- Serve with Brown Rice
