I have Qwest DSL here at my house. I reset my (2nd) modem each and every morning. I hate to call DSL support as they have checklists and no matter what level of experience you may have, they must do the checklists. I have complained but to no avail. So, I reset and don’t call. I am looking for an alternate provider.

BTW – I almost enjoyed “Poke The Bunny” but the mastication returned by the primary character dissuaded that decision.
